A&G Sheetmetal Fabricators manufacture architectural custom built pressed metal door frames using Bluescope Zincanneal steel. All frames are made to order, we specialize in doors and frames that are made to suit any door thickness and wall type that is required for your application.
We have extensive experience in this industry including previously supplying major projects, Australian hospitals, high rise & low rise apartment projects, schools, aged care homes, retail stores, factories, prisons, fit-outs, and universities.
Our door frames are fully mitred and fully welded, primed with a grey undercoat ready for installation.
Door jambs are supplied with a removable spreader bar that keeps frames square ready for your door to be fitted.

Fixing Options
Frame with Strap for Structural Beam
The frame is inserted into a metal purlin wall and bolted place. Suitable for non-rated wall configurations.
Frame with Shadow Line
The Shadow Line (Negative Detail) offers a truly architectural and clean finish to rendered or plaster wall finishes.
Frame for fixing to Hebel Walls
This frame is suitable for use in Hebel and partition walls. Either steel or timber studs may be used. This profile is custom built to suit varying wall types.
Masonry Fixings
Frame with Wire ties
Includes 5 wire ties per jamb (10 per frame). Suitable for use in non-rated and fire-rated brick and blockwork walls. For maximum strength and stability, frames should be backfilled.
Frame with Dyna-bolt Tube fixing
Backstrap optional. Recommended four 10mm countersunk Dyna-bolts preparation per stile. Suitable for use in non-rated and fire-rated new concrete and previously existing walls.
Frame with Concrete Strap for Precast Walls
The frame is inserted into the cast before the wall is poured, resulting in a very strong frame. Frame diameter to suit the wall thickness. Suitable for use in non-rated and fire-rated stud wall configurations.
Frame with Dyna-bolt (holes only)
Recommended four 10mm countersunk Dyna-bolts preparation per stile. Suitable for use in non-rated and fire-rated new concrete and previously existing precast walls.
Drywall Fixings
Frame with Metal Stud Bracket
This is the preferred method of concealing fixing of frames into drywall applications where high traffic and additional strength is required. Suitable for non-rated stud wall configurations.
Frame with Timber Stud Bracket
This is the preferred method of concealing fixing of frames into drywall applications where high traffic and additional strength is required. Suitable for non-rated stud wall configurations.
Frame with Welded Stud Straps
This method allows frames to be installed before or after stud work is erected. Suitable for use in non-rated and fire-rated stud wall applications. Stud straps can be supplied to suit a range of different linings. Steel or timber studs may be used.This frame is suitable for use in Hebel and partition walls. Either steel or timber studs may be used. This profile is custom built to suit varying wall types.
